Installation & Usage

It is recommended to have two windows open at the same time when composing your Slider, one with the Post Edit Screen and one with the Post View, to play with the settings, saving, and refreshing on the other browser to see the changes.

Usage: Integration into Posts, Pages and Templates

For Post and Pages you can use a shortcode that can be placed anywhere on the main content body, like so:

• [morphslider id=postId]

where postId is the post number generated by your WordPress installation. You can find it easily in the URL of your browser while editing your Slider, for example: your.site/wp-admin/post.php?post=###&action=edit

For Templates you can use a do_shortcode command in your template file, like so:

• <div class="parentDiv"> <?php echo do_shortcode('[morphslider id=postId]'); ?> </div>

It will render the Slider in that location in your Template, and it will take the dimensions of it's Parent. So make sure to create a DIV for it and place the do_shortcode inside. After, you can style your newly created DIV with the dimensions that you want and the Slider should adapt to the size of it accordingly. If you are working with BrowserSync or LiveReload, make sure to refresh manually after you are happy with the dimensions of your container to re-start the Slider.

To change the default dimensions of the Slider itself, in the style.css file of your theme, you can put this code to overwrite them, like so:

• .parentDiv .morphslider--main { width: 100vw; height: 50vh; }

Usage: As A Home Page

You can set any Morph Slider™ as a Home Page by activating the Set as Home Page switch, on the Slider Configuration options. It will show the Slider at a higher z-index, with scrolling disabled, at full width and height of the viewport. If you have a navigation that is fixed position that should show on top of it, make sure it's z-index is higher than the Slider.

Frequently Asked Questions

• My image is being cut off top and bottom, what's happening?

  Because of the nature of textures in WebGL, images are cropped and compressed to have a 'Power of 2' 2:1 ratio (2048x1024). We recommend using images that are this ratio or close to it (i.e. 16:9, 1920x1080).

• Can I cancel my account at any time?

  Yes. If you ever decide that Morph Slider™ isn't the best plugin for your project, simply cancel your account from your Account panel.

• What's the time span for your plans?

  All plans are year-to-year unless you purchase a lifetime plan.

• Can I change my plan later on?

  Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

• What happens if I decide not to renew my licence?

  You can keep using Morph Slider™ Premium with the latest updated version installed before your expiry, but will stop to receive any new updates or support after it does.

• What payment methods are accepted?

  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal payments.

• Do you offer refunds?

  We don't offer refunds, but we do offer a free version of the plugin for you to use and play with.

• Do you offer support if I need help?
